Strong for Performance is an online development program designed to help your managers and employees master the people skills and personal strengths they need to handle the challenges they face every day on the job.

Real, lasting change only comes from knowing what the RIGHT behavior looks like and then practicing until it becomes second nature. Employees will use a proven process for creating positive habits. It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. They choose one area to FOCUS on, and get tips, insights and ideas about what to do.
  2. They take ACTION – Apply one of the ideas in a real interaction with someone at work.
  3. They REFLECT on what they tried, to get insights about what they can do differently next time.

And then they repeat this simple process over and over until the behavior feels natural. And it takes only a few minutes a day.

Employees set up their own coaching network to get feedback and coaching from people who care about their professional development. They choose an accountability coach who makes sure they follow through on their commitments. Support coaches, such as coworkers and friends, give them suggestions and ideas related to exercises they complete or about their progress. And it’s easy!
